At Morton Street Dance Center, dancers ages 2–5 are placed by age to ensure they begin their dance journey in a fun, developmentally appropriate environment. Beginning with our Lower Division and continuing through our Upper Division and Pre-Professional programs, classes are placement-based rather than age-based. This allows students to be placed according to their technical skills, experience, and readiness, ensuring they receive the highest quality instruction while progressing safely and confidently.
